Your DoubleSur account belongs to you. You can delete it, and everything stored with it, from inside the app in two taps — no email to us, no waiting, no form.
You only have an account if you chose to create one to play online. Games against the AI need no account and store nothing on our server.
The same steps work on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and Windows. On a computer the button is in the same place; click rather than tap.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We cannot restore an account afterwards, so please be sure before you confirm.
Write to contact@stzdeveloper.com with your DoubleSur username and we will delete the account for you.
One honest caveat: DoubleSur accounts have no email address attached — we never asked for one — so an email alone does not prove an account is yours. We will ask you to confirm ownership before deleting anything, which usually means signing in once on any device. If you can still sign in at all, the in-app button above is faster and needs nobody's help.
We answer deletion requests within 30 days, and normally within a few days.
Your display name, avatar icon and colour can be changed at any time from the same online screen. Your username cannot be changed after the account is created — delete the account and create another if you need a different one.
